Our commitment to you is four fold: we will be ready and waiting to serve you when you call on us, we will have on-line tools available to quickly and accurately help identify the parts you need, we will deliver them to you in a timely manner acceptable to you and provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge you won’t find anywhere else.
In order to keep our customers up and running with the least possible amount of down time we offer same day shipping from our 5,000 square foot parts department filled with an our ever expanding inventory of stocked/supported replacement parts. All standard parts are stocked in large quantities and can be shipped the same day or with short lead times.
But we do more than just supply spare parts. Through our field service and our preventive maintenance (PM) program, we strive to provide you with the best possible care to reduce non-scheduled downtime, improve efficiency, enhance performance and increase the service life of your equipment.
CBE supports most late model bag fillers of most common brands of bagging of bagging equipment as well as older model machines such as the 50 year old St. Regis 150 FC Impeller Packer which is the most common bag filler being used in the majority of US cement plants.
Field Service
If you want to stay connected to your customers, you’ve got to have a strong field service department. That is one of our core beliefs and driving philosophies.
Our field experience with bag packaging equipment and systems did not start with our own line of bag fillers. Long before we ever built our first bagging machine, we were in the field providing field service other brands of packaging machinery. Over time, we have an intimate knowledge of all types of brands of bag filling machines in thousands of different product applications and have developed expert knowledge about the equipment, proper maintenance and it’s proper application. Black Diamond, Bemis, Chantland®, HL Stoker, JEM Int’l, MHE, Packaging Systems International®, St. Regis, Stone Container® and Taylor Products® bag fillers to name a few.
Our field service technicians are more than just good mechanics. They have expert knowledge about things like product density, bag sizing and machine features effect bag weight accuracy. Our senior technicians can also help diagnose problems that have no apparent electrical, pneumatic or mechanical cause.
If you have an internal maintenance department and normally handle your own machine maintenance but find yourself in a situation where you don’t have the time or expertise to troubleshoot the problem, rely on our field service department to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible. If your maintenance department is spread thin and doesn’t have the time needed to perform periodic preventative maintenance on your equipment, please consider our PM Agreement. Our program ensures that your equipment will receive the periodic attention it needs to keep it running at peak performance and reduces the likelihood that your machinery will break down. Our program entitles you to a preferred hourly service rate and discounts on our large inventory of normally stocked parts.
Equipment Rebuilding Service
When CBE, Ltd. began as a company, we did not begin as a manufacturer of bag packaging equipment. We began as a service company primarily providing replacement parts, field service and equipment rebuilds. Our customers rely on us to be a source to rebuild their old bag fillers.
On any given day, if you visit our Taylor, TX facility and take a walk around there is a high probability that you will see us rebuilding machines manufactured by Black Diamond, Bemis, Chantland®, Durant, HL Stoker, Howe Richardson, JEM Int’l, MHE, Packaging Systems International, St. Regis, Stone Container® and Taylor Products® as well as assembling our own machines.
