Principle of Operation:

The JM series open mouth bag filler can be fitted with gravity, belt or auger

feeders for a wide range of product applications. Product flows by gravity

from the supply hopper bin into the product feed inlet at the top of the

machine. The product (gravity/belt/auger) feeder conveys product into

the bag which hangs from a bag filling spout with air operated clamps. The

JM series is an automatic gross weighing filler available with either

mechanical or electronic weighing scale that simultaneously fills and

weighs product directly into the bag.

Clean Operation:

The JM series open mouth bag filler has a totally enclosed product flow

path from supply hopper bin all the way into the bag. It can also be

equipped with a dust collection manifold which can be ducted to your

plants dust suppression system.

NOTE: Product testing may be required to determine actual bag filling

rates & bag weight accuracy.
